NIPER JEE counselling 2023 - The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) conducts the NIPER JEE 2023 counselling in online mode. The NIPER JEE counselling 2023 dates will be announced after the declaration the results. The authorities will also release the NIPER JEE seat matrix for integrated PG-PhD and master's programme at niperhyd.ac.in

The authority will conduct the NIPER JEE counselling in three rounds. To participate in the counselling of NIPER JEE 2023, candidates have to register themselves at the official website. During the NIPER JEE counselling registration, they have to enter their personal, academic, NIPER JEE exam, contact, uploading of documents and other details. NIPER JEE counselling fee must be paid in online mode. During the NIPER JEE counselling 2023, aspirants have to provide their preferences of colleges and courses in which they wish to get admission.

On the basis of choices filled, seats available, NIPER JEE rank, reservation criteria and other factors, the NIPER JEE seat allotment process will be done. Through NIPER JEE counselling 2023, a total of 1050 Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) and 180 PhD seats will be filled in seven NIPER institutes located in Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Hajipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Rae Barelli and S.A.S Nagar.

NIPER JEE counselling 2023 - Eligibility

Only candidates who will qualify for the NIPER JEE 2023 are eligible to participate in the counselling process. As many as 980 M.Pharm/M.S./MBA and 180 PhD seats at seven NIPER institutes in the country will be filled through NIPER JEE 2023. NIPER institute will announce the NIPER JEE result in online mode. After the result, the NIPER JEE merit list 2023 will be prepared and published on the official website. Candidates included in the merit list will be called for NIPER JEE counselling 2023.

Step 1: Online registration

Candidates who have qualified in the NIPER JEE 2023 result are eligible to participate in counselling.

• Authorities will send the username and password to eligible candidates on their registered email id and mobile number.

• Eligible candidates have to register themselves at the official website.

Step 2: Choice filling for NIPER JEE counselling

After registration, students will have to submit their choices of courses and NIPERs for admission.

• Students will have to choose the postgraduate pharmacy course and NIPER one by one.

• Candidates can choose as many choices as they wish.

• Students can interchange and rearrange their choices during NIPER JEE counselling.

• After arranging all choices in order of preference, students will have to save their choices.

• If candidates fail to lock their choices during NIPER JEE 2023 counselling, the preferences will be locked automatically on the last day.

Authorities will conduct the seat allotment of NIPER JEE 2023 after the choice-filling process. The NIPER JEE seat allocation will be conducted on the basis of the following criteria.

• Choices of NIPER institutes filled

• Qualifications

• Domicile

NIPER JEE counselling 2023- Fee payment

Candidates allotted seats during NIPER JEE counselling will have to download their seat allotment letter and report to the respective institute.

• Selected students will have to log in using their credentials and download the seat allotment letter along with the fee payment schedule.

• The direct link to download the seat allotment letter of NIPER JEE 2023 will be provided here as released.

• Shortlisted applicants will have to pay the fee in online mode by the last date of fee payment.

• The candidature of students who fail to submit the fee within the stipulated time will be cancelled by authorities.

• After fee payment, NIPER Hyderabad will issue the final provisional admission letter to selected candidates.

• Students will be required to report to the allotted NIPER along with the required documents for admission.

NIPER JEE counselling 2023 - Documents required

Students will have to carry the following documents at the time of reporting for NIPER JEE admission.

• GPAT/ GATE/ NET scorecard

• NIPER JEE admit card 2023

• Attested copy of Aadhar Card

• Class 10 certificate as a date of birth proof

• Class 10, 12, graduation certificates and marksheets

• Caste certificate

• PwD certificate, if applicable

• Character certificate from the HoD of last attended institution

NIPER JEE counselling 2023 - Rounds

Authorities will conduct three rounds of NIPER JEE counselling. Students will be allotted seats on the basis of preferences filled during counselling of NIPER JEE 2023. Students after seat allotment will be asked to submit their willingness for upgradation. The upgradation of seats will be conducted only in the first and second round of NIPER JEE counselling 2023. However, only students who will take admission in the first round of NIPER JEE counselling will be considered for upgradation. If a candidate is allotted an upgraded seat, the previously allotted seat will get cancelled. However, if the seat is not upgraded then the previous seat will be retained.
