UPESPAT 2023 Exam - Date, Registration, Admit Card, Syllabus, Pattern, Result

UPES Pharmaceutical Aptitude Test (UPES PAT) exam is conducted by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES). UPES PAT 2023 will be held for admission to around 50 seats in Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm). 

UPESPAT 2023 application form has been released on the official website - admission.upes.ac.in/apply. In order to appear for UPES PAT 2023 exam, candidates need to secure at least 50% in class 10 and 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics and English (as the main subject in class 12). For UPES BPharm 2023 registration, aspirants need to provide their personal, academic, contact details, the medium of the exam (online or centre based) and upload asked documents as per the required format. 

After the registration process, candidates need to book a slot for UPES exam. UPESPAT slot booking 2023 can be done in online mode. During the slot booking of UPES PAT 2023, aspirants need to book a date when they wish to take UPES B.Pharm examination. Soon after booking a slot, UPES PAT 2023 admit card will be released on the official website. UPESPAT admit card 2023 can be downloaded using the login credentials. UPES PAT 2023 exam will be held in 100 cities in India. UPESPAT exam will be held in online and at the centre. The UPES exam scheme must be filled out while filling out the application form. While in the centre-based exam, as many as 200 questions will be asked including current affairs awareness.

The qualified aspirants can appear for the selection procedure, which includes a personal interview. On the basis of the personal interview and scores obtained in the UPES PAT exam, aspirants will be granted admission to the BPharm course.

• Candidates must have passed Class 10 and 12 with minimum 50%
• Class 12 students should have passed Class 12 with an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology
• Aspirants with Biology in Class 12 must have secured NEET cutoff and should have passed common medical entrance exam or students with Mathematics must have passed JEE Main entrance exam
• Class 12 candidates must have obtained a minimum of 75% at higher & senior secondary level and a minimum of 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in 10+2

UPES has released the UPESPAT 2023 application form in online mode. Only the candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria can fill out the UPES PAT application form. Aspirants need to complete the UPESPAT registration process using the steps mentioned below.

• UPESPAT registration

The first step is to register for UPESPAT 2023. In this process, aspirants need to enter their basic details like name, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile number, email address, course for which applying. Verify the details and then click on 'send OTP'. A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID, which must be entered carefully.

• Payment of application fee

Once the details are filled in, candidates need to pay the UPESPAT application fee of Rs. 1300 in online mode. The application fee of UPES PAT 2023 can be paid through debit/credit cards and net banking.

• Providing academic details

After filling in the personal details, aspirants need to provide their Class 10 and 12 subject and marks. In case if students are applying through JEE Main or NEET, they need to provide their result details.

• Uploading of scanned images 

Students need to upload the passport-size photograph and signature, as per the specifications. The size of the photograph should be 20-50 kb, while the signature should be 10-25 kb. The scanned images should be in JPG/JPEG format.

• Submission of filled in the application form

Once the application form is filled carefully, UPES PAT application form 2023 will be submitted. Candidates can download the application form and take a printout of UPES BPharm application form.

Candidates who will qualify UPES PAT 2023 exam will be called for admission to 50 B. Pharm seats are offered at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. UPES, Dehradun will conduct the counselling and personal interview of the candidates qualified in UPESPAT 2023. The counselling of UPESPAT 2023 will be done on the basis of ranks obtained in the B.Pharm entrance exam. In order to appear for the UPESPAT counselling process, aspirants need to register online. The qualified candidates need to report at the designated venue on the specified date and time along with the required documents.
