GPAT Counselling 2020 - The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test- GPAT 2020 counselling shall be conducted a few days after the declaration of GPAT result 2020. National Testing Agency is the conducting body for GPAT exam, but it may be noted that NTA doesn't conduct the GPAT counselling 2020. The participating institutes are the ones responsible for conducting counselling of GPAT 2020. The candidates will then be allotted seats in M. Pharm courses and will have to proceed for admissions accordingly. NTA has announced the result of GPAT 2020 in the form of scorecard on February 4. B.Pharm graduates can download GPAT 2020 result from the official website of gpat.nat.nic.in. To check the score card of GPAT 2020, aspirants need to enter their application number and date of birth/password. The score card will mention the personal details, scores obtained in the exam, GPAT 2020 rank, NTA scores and cutoff.
NTA has released the merit list of GPAT 2020 in the form of PDF, mentioning the name of candidates, their roll number, NTA scores, GPAT rank and other details. GPAT merit list 2020 has been published along with the result on February 4. Candidates can download the merit list for future references. As per the GPAT merit list, a total of 4,913 have qualified the exam, while a total of 48,360 aspirants took the computer-based exam.
The GPAT 2020 cutoff state the minimum score required for admission into the Masters of Pharmacy courses. Candidates who successfully appear for GPAT 2020 have been shortlisted on the basis of the cut off marks, defined by the participating institutes. Factors like availability of seats, the difficulty level of exam, number of candidates appeared/passed, etc., were taken into account while determining the GPAT cutoff 2020.

Candidates must note that the GPAT 2020 counselling process will be conducted by the participating institutes individually and not by NTA as a whole. Counselling dates of GPAT 2020 may differ for different ranks of students. Accordingly, candidates must report to the venue of GPAT counselling 2020 at the correct date and time with the required documents. The documents will be required for verification purposes.
Counselling of GPAT 2020 will be conducted in four stages:
Check the rank wise GPAT 2020 counselling dates which will be released by the participating institutes.
Report to the particular venue/ institute with the mandatory documents.
Candidates will not be asked to submit their original documents as those will be checked only for verification purposes.

Click on the ‘Web Options Entry’ portal on the official GPAT website.
A list of participating institutes will be displayed.
Candidates can fill in the options with the names of their preferred institutes. It is advisable to choose as many institutes as possible.
Preview carefully and if satisfied, ‘Save’ and ‘Lock’ the choices. Thereafter, candidates will not be able to alter their choices.
Candidates can take a print out for future reference.
The allotment of seats will be based on the merit list and candidates’ scores.

Reporting to the Institute
Once the allotment process is complete, candidates must reach the allotted institute with the required documents.
The admission fee (as per the fee structure of each institute) must be paid to conclude the admission process.

now gpat is total marks of 500 , and the number of questions is 125, so if you get 300+ out of 500, you have decent chances for tier 1 colleges.

If you have filled your category as general EWS while filling the application form you need to provide valid EWS category certificate at the time of counselling.And GPAT score is necessary to get admission through NIPER.So your category should match in both the application form.Because qualifying marks for each category will be different.When you qualified GPAT under EWS cut off that score is considered during NIPER counselling.Whether or not you have qualified under general category cut off you need to provide EWS certificate as per the details you have filled in online application form.

The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) conducts NIPER JEE exam every year, based on niper jee score, the admission in various post graduate course related with pharmacy is done.
