How to check the GPAT Result 2020?
Candidates can follow the steps below to view GPAT result.
1. Visit official website of GPAT. (https://gpat.nta.nic.in/)
2. Click on the 'View GPAT 2020 Result'.
3. Enter your login credentials i.e, your application number and password/ date of birth.
4. Click on 'Sign in' and then on 'View result'.
5. Your NTA scorecard will be displayed. The score card looks like the image below
6. Download and print out at least 2-3 copies of the same for future reference.

With the release of candidate score in GPAT 2020 result, NTA has declared the cutoff marks as per the respective categories for admission in participating institutes. The category-wise GPAT cutoff 2020 scores along with the number of candidates has been mentioned below. For general category aspirants, the cutoff scores is 163, which has increased by 22 marks in comparison to last year. While for OBC-NCL, the cutoff of GPAT scores is 131 and hikes by 14 marks. The participating institutes will declare their respective cutoff marks. These cutoff marks are the minimum that a candidate should have scored for getting admission in that particular institute. The candidates will then be required to apply separately for each participating institute according to the score obtained in GPAT 2020. The cutoff is usually based on multiple factors like availability of seats, difficulty level of exam and the total number of candidates who appear and pass in GPAT 2020 exam.

In GPAT 2019, a total of 4119 candidates qualified the exam. Category wise cutoff shared by NTA provided 141 marks for Unreserved category, 117 for OBC, 95 for SC and 74 for ST.

GPAT 2020 score has been announced along with the result. The score of GPAT 2020 is the marks obtained by a candidate in the entrance examination based on the final answer key. The score decides if the candidate has qualified GPAT 2020 and the participating institute offering admission for that score as well. NTA has released the final GPAT 2020 answer key in online mode on February 4, in PDF format. A link has been provided on this page to download GPAT answer key 2020. Earlier, the provisional answer key of GPAT 2020 was available from January 30 to February 2. Candidates were required to raise objections, if any, within the time period stipulated in this regard. It has to be noted that candidates were able to raise objections only after paying the application fee for the same. They had to pay a sum of Rs 1000 for each question against which objection was raised. This amount is subject to a refund only in case if the objection raised comes out to be valid and changes are made because of such objection in the final answer key.
How to challenge GPAT Answer Key 2020?

After declaration of GPAT result 2020 on February 4, the next step will include an all India merit list and cutoff released by NTA. Following this, participating institutes will conduct the counselling and candidates will be required to apply as per their score in GPAT result 2020. Candidates will then be shortlisted and allotted with seats during GPAT counselling 2020. To be eligible to appear in NIPER 2020 a candidate must have passed with atleast 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA on a 10 point scale in the qualifying exam.And NET or GATE and GPAT score is required for getting admission through NIPER.
