The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) conducts the GPAT exam for granting admission to M.Pharm courses in India. Yes, GPAT-qualified students admitted to full-time M.Pharm programmes in PCI-approved institutions do receive a monthly stipend of 12,400, known as the Pradhan Mantri Scholarship for Pharmacy Post Graduate Studies
With a GPAT 2025 rank of 10,759, you can get admission in many good M.Pharm colleges. Your rank is not enough for top institutes like NIPER Mohali or Jamia Hamdard, which usually take students with ranks below 3000. But many state government colleges and private pharmacy colleges accept ranks up to 20,000 or more. You have a good chance to get a seat in these colleges.
You should register for GPAT-based counselling or apply directly to colleges that accept GPAT scores. You will also be eligible for a monthly GPAT stipend during your M.Pharm course if you get admission through GPAT.
