see it depends on which of the field you want to do your phd course, if this is related with pharmaceutical sciences then gpat score is fine. different institute has different eligibility criteria and have individual screening process. The students who have qualified UGC(NET)/ UGC-CSIR (JRF) examination/SLET/GATE/GPAT/ICAR/INSPIRE/Rajiv Gandhi Fellowship awardees/teacher-fellowship holders, are eligible for apply for phd courses.

There are two different categories of students who apply to DIPSAR for M.pharm.
People who are Resident of Delhi - 85 % Quota
People from Rest of India- 15 % Quota
So there are two criteria!
For Delhi people there is a merit list which takes into consideration the 2nd,3rd and Final year B.pharm marks along with GPAT rank.

Gpat stands for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT), Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination is considered for for entry into M. Pharma Programme.
eligibility criteria for gpat is as follows:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry students) or equivalent from a recognized university. Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s Degree B. Pharmacy (10+2+4), whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for academic year 2021-22 can also apply for GPAT - 2021 Computer Based Test (CBT).

B.Tech. (Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Technology)/ equivalent candidates are not eligible to apply. The candidate must be a citizen of India.
however if you donot belongs to any of the above mentioned cadre you are not eligible to apply.

GPAT 2021 is an online exam, which is organised once a year.
The examination will comprise of 125 questions, and you will get 180 minutes to complete the exam.
GPAT will have MCQs (Multiple Choice Type questions) related to various subjects such as Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, etc.
There will be question of reasoning , general awareness, language,quantitive, and data representation which weighs around 25%.
At the test center, every candidate will be given a computer terminal and a scratch paper for calculations.
Every correct answer is awarded 4 marks. Thus, the total maximum possible score in GPAT 2021 is 500.
For every incorrect answer in GPAT, 1 mark is deducted.
AN unanswered question or not attempting a question does not attract any negative marking in GPAT 2020.
