hey,
gpat is the entrance exam to pursue m.pharma courses in reputed institute in india. you can not appear in gpat exam while you are in 3rd year of your bachelor course. the b.pharma pass out candidates and the candidates who are in final year are eligible for gpat exam.

For appearing in GPAT, candidates need to have Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with a duration of four years after 10+2 from a recognized board.
Candidates in their final year of BPharm Program are eligible to apply for GPAT.
So, when you're in your fourth year of BPharm program, you can apply for GPAT.

GPAT 2019 score card is valid only for 1 year. This scorecard is valid only for pursuing the M.Pharm course. However, if a candidate completes the M.Pharm course and is interested in PhD degree then this scorecard is valid for 1 more year.

Last year the Cutoffs for General was around 118
GPAT is a national level entrance exam which is held for Pharmacy graduates so that they can get admission to M.Pharmacy program. It is conducted once in a year.
AICTE Conducts this exam that is AICTE is the conducting body of GPAT exam.
It is a three hour duration computer based test.
To apply for this exam one has to fulfill few eligibility criteria which are as follows-
A student must have Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry candidates).
Students who are in the final year of B.Pharmacy are also eligible to appear in GPAT.
Note- Applicant must be a citizen of India.

yes you can apply for gpat exam which is the gate way of m.pharma course in top institute in india. however during the m.pharma admission process you need to show your clear mark sheets and if that time you have any current back logs you cannot take admission. if you clear the back log before admission process , then it will be fine.
