If you belong to Telangana & wish to take the admission in Karnataka then you can apply for the management quota seats in private medical colleges of Karnataka, In order to apply for these seat you were needed to apply for Karnataka website.

It totally depends upon your interest. If you are too determined that you want to persue your career in CSE, then i would suggest go for IIT jodhpur. However, if you are not sure about it, then i would suggest go for IIT BHU as its a better one.
