For the eligibility criteria, one should have completed undergraduate course in pharmacy which is of four years of duration.

Hello!
No, you cannot pursue M.Pharm and PhD in Pharmacy together. The minimun eligibility of doing PhD in any discipline is completion of the Masters degree with 55%-60%. And it is same in Pharmacy too.
Moreover, there are some universities which prefers candidates with NET, JRF for admission into PhD degree. One has to clear NIPER JEE or CSIR UGC-NET if one wants to do research depending on the eligibility criteria of the university.

The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test is an annual all India examination conducted by National Testing Agency on computer based test mode only, to evaluate candidates for admission of Pharmacy graduates into the Masters programme.
The eligibilty criteria for the GPAT exam is that the applicant must be a citizen of India and They must be Bachelor's degree holders in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry candidates). The final year students of of B. Pharmacy course are also eligible for appearing in GPAT exam.
So you cannot appear for the GPAT exam directly after completing your class 12th.

If you are GPAT qualified and take admission through your gpat score you will be eligible to avail the gpat stipend in any college. In any category if you are qualified you just need to submit your quota certificate or proof during the scholarship registration.
GPAT un qualified students still have chance to do higher studies successfully. Many colleges have their own entrance exams like BIT-Mesra, BITS, Manipal, JSS. You can appear in them. You can even appear in CUCET exam for getting chance in central universities.

According to the reservation criteria, if the insitute in which you are taking admission comes under the central government and your category/caste falls under the central list of OBCs then surely your OBC certificate will get accepted and you will be granted reservation seat of OBC category.
