Hello Prince,

The Assam Pharmacy Council's acceptance of 12th-grade NIOS graduates for registration depends on specific criteria:

  • The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) recognizes qualifications from open schooling for pharmacy courses.
  • Eligibility for Assam D.Pharm admission requires candidates to have completed 10+2 or its equivalent in the Science stream from a recognized board.
  • The Assam Pharmacy Council grants registration to candidates possessing requisite qualifications.

Therefore, if your NIOS 12th qualification is recognized as equivalent and you meet the necessary criteria, you should be eligible for registration.

  1. Choice Change : In the 2nd phase, you can modify or reorder your college preferences to increase your chances.

  2. Vacancy Update : Seats left vacant after the 1st phase will be available in the 2nd phase. Keep an eye on updates for newly available seats.

  3. Category Advantage : If you belong to a reserved category, your chances might improve in subsequent phases due to seat reallocation.

Yes you might depending on the vacancy in the college or university you intend to get into, keep a track of the website for further information as at times students do change college during admission if they get a different choice which they want to go for more, and thus seats get vacant. And most colleges and universities do give out a second list.
