No, GPAT is not for Ph.D admissions.
GPAT or Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test is conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for admissions into M. Pharma course. Since you have already completed Master's, you don't have to appear in GPAT.

see it depends on which of the field you want to do your phd course, if this is related with pharmaceutical sciences then gpat score is fine. different institute has different eligibility criteria and have individual screening process. People who are Resident of Delhi - 85 % Quota

People from Rest of India- 15 % Quota
