see it depends on the organization, if they allow gpat score you may apply for research fellow post, however csir junipr research fellow  position is filled through score in csir net exam.

however some times university like jadavpur, cal cutta university, iit kharagpur offers research assistant post based on net/gpat/ gate score.

You have been mis informed dear student. as the graduate pharmacy aptitude test which is gpat is a national level entrance examination for entry into m. pharma programs. You cannot take admission in PhD program by clearing gpat. I hope this was helpful

see you did not mention in  which college you want to take admission, however cutoff score changes every year and it depends on number of participants, students category, seat matrix etc. however all colleges has certain gpat cutoff, just qualifying in gpat exam does not ensure that you will get any college for m.pharma admission.

how ever since it is a mcq based exam, you need to study the ins and out and strictly follow the syllabus, you also need to mark your weak areas and study the last year papers.

The best way to prepare for an entrance test is by knowing the syllabus and exam pattern.
