Careers360: Tell us something about you and personal life like where you belong to, schooling, parent’s occupation.

Nikhil Sai: My name is Nikhil Sai and I was born in Anantapur district. I completed my SSC and intermediate in Sree Vidyanikethan High School in Anantapur itself. I had chosen Biology, Physics and Chemistry in intermediate and doing Doctor of Pharmacy in RIPER, Anantapur. My father is a small employee and my mother is a housewife.I have a younger brother who is doing intermediate.

Careers360: Which college are you from and in which year?

Nikhil Sai: I am 5th year student of Pharm D at Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research.

Careers360: How was your first day in college? Please share your experience, hiccups faced in the initial days. How you faculty members and seniors supported you.

Nikhil Sai: It was a memorable day, as I entered the college I noticed that I'm the only one person who pussed myself down. My faculty noticed that and they supported me mentally.

Careers360: Is there something one needs to do on the first day of college?

Nikhil Sai: In my opinion, nothing extra should be done on the first day of college.

Careers360: How good is the infrastructure of the college including premises, hostel, mess, laboratories, classrooms and all?

Nikhil Sai: I can clearly say that my college is fully equipped with Labs like organic chemistry, pharmacology etc. There are various digital laboratories and drug information centres and it also has good hostels and canteens with hygienic mess.

Careers360: Does the infrastructure of a college affect a student's life?

Nikhil Sai: Of Course, the infrastructure of college totally affects a student’s life.

Careers360: How good is a life in government college and a private college comparing all the aspects of studies, infrastructure, faculties and all?

Nikhil Sai: Life in private college will be great and we can assure quality of education.

Careers360: What important lessons do you learn in college?

Nikhil Sai: I learned the importance of knowledge and communication along with mental abilities.

Careers360: How prevalent is ragging in college and how do authorities take care of it?

Nikhil Sai: Ragging is strictly prohibited at the campus of RIPER.

Careers360: Why did you opt this college? Is this college up to your expectations?

Nikhil Sai: I have opted for this college because it has good infrastructure and environmental surroundings which assure me good knowledge, this college is beyond the expectations.

Careers360: Describe facilities at the campus in brief? What do you like the most here? What is the most unique and differentiating feature here?

Nikhil Sai: Facilities like library, hostel,drug information centers, all labs with quality equipment. I like laboratories most in college. Maintaining good manufacturing practices are the best and unique feature here.

Careers360: How do you maintain balance in exams, projects, studies and other activities?

Nikhil Sai: I use to take help from my faculties and friends to maintain balance in exams, projects, studies and other activities.

Nikhil Sai: RDT stadium and TV tower are the popular hangouts of the college and are the most visited places nearby.

Nikhil Sai: Mostly they will be hired to industry, pharmacovigilance, academics, research sector.

Careers360: What are your future plans and any advice to other students searching for better colleges?
