Aspirants who will fulfill the B.Pharm eligibility criteria as specified by the authority will be allowed to appear for AP EAMCET 2020 exam for B.Pharm and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) courses. Below are some of guidelines to be followed by the aspirants to appear for AP EAMCET B.Pharm and Pharm.D entrance exams.

Education requirements for B.Pharm:
For the AP EAMCET BPharm exam, students must have passed or appeared in the final year of Intermediate (Class 12) or any other recognised equivalent qualifying exam conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
For B.Pharm and Pharm.D admissions, candidates should have passed their 10+2 with any of the two or three subjects as mentioned below:

Age for B.Pharmacy:
One should be of 17 years old age by the date of commencement of admission or on such other dates as notified by the CET committee. No upper age limit has been provided by the authority.
Academic eligibility for AP EAMCET Pharm.D:
Aspirants must have passed or appeared in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or Telangana or any other examination recognised by the Board of Intermediate Education.
Or, they should have passed or appeared in the final year of Diploma examination in Pharmacy courses conducted by Andhra Pradesh/Telangana State Board of Technical Education or other equivalent and recognised by the Board of Intermediate Education by the state.
General category candidates should obtain at least 45% taken together in the Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Aspirants from SC/ST/OBC must obtain at least 40% in the specified subjects taken in the qualifying examination

The authority will release AP EAMCET BPharm and PharmD merit lists 2020 after the announcement of the results. BPharm AP EAMCET 2020 merit list link will be available on this page, when published. Only candidates qualifying the entrance exam will be included in the merit list of AP EAMCET 2020 BPharm, which will mention the name, subject-wise marks obtained, AP EAMCET ranks and other details. Only candidates who will secure the minimum qualifying marks in AP EAMCET B.Pharm (except for SC/ST aspirants) will be included in the merit list. For preparation of AP EAMCET B.Pharm merit list 2020, the authority will consider 75% from normalised marks and 25% of the intermediate marks of the candidate in group subjects. During the preparation of AP EAMCET Pharmacy merit list 2020, in case two or more candidates will secure the same scores, then the following tie-breaking procedure will be followed.
Aspirants obtained higher marks in AP EAMCET BPharm 2020 exam will be considered first in the exam.
Secondly, candidates with higher marks obtained in AP EAMCET B.Pharm/Pharm.D Biology will be awarded better rank.
In case the tie still exists, then higher marks in Physics will be placed at a better rank.
Then, candidate’s total percentage of marks secured in Class 12 or equivalent will be evaluated and a better one will be given a higher rank.
In case the tie still persists, then the age of candidate will be considered as per their birth date and the elder one will be provided a good rank in the merit list.
The weightage of marks in case of OCIs and PIOs aspirants, will be decided by a committee constituted by the constituent authority.
AP EAMCET B.Pharm 2020 counselling
Candidates who will be included in the merit list will be called for counselling of APEAMCET BPharm/PharmD 2020. JNTU, Kakinada will organise AP EAMCET BPharm counselling 2020 in online mode for admission to B.Pharm and Pharm.D courses offered in 32 participating institutes located in the state. For participating in AP EAMCET BPharm 2020 counselling process, aspirants need to complete the registration process along with the payment of requisite amount of fees. Thereafter, registered aspirants need to report at the help centres for verification of documents. No one will be allowed to proceed further for AP EAMCET Pharmacy admission process without these steps.
After the registration and document verification process, using the required login credentials, candidates need to provide their preferences of colleges as well as courses in which they wish to apply for. They can fill any number of choices for admission to BPharma and Pharma.D courses through AP EAMCET 2020. On the basis of these choices filled, AP EAMCET B.Pharm ranks, seats available, reservation of seats and other aspects, the admission to Bachelors of Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy will be granted.
The seat allotment result round one for AP EAMCET BPharm 2020 will be released in the first week of August, while the second round of result will be announced in the second week of August. The authority will also conduct AP EAMCET B.Pharma counselling 2020 round three and the result will be declared in the last week of August. Once the seat is allotted, shortlisted aspirants must report at the designated colleges for verification and completion of admission process along with the relevant documents. And if you are prepared well for iit exam, then surely you can crack Ap eamcet exam. And it is good thing to give exams so that your practice and getting a seat in a college is increased. So, suppose that even if you not able to get any iit or nit but got a good rank in ap eamcet, yeh you can surely get a seat in andhra pradeha colleges. Because enlarging options are a goor thing.

APEAMCET eligibility criteria says that the candidate must have qualified 10+2 or any equivalent exam (diploma) with atleast 45% (general category, 40% for any reserved category). Also, the age limit to apply for AP EAMCET 2021 for B.E./B.Tech programs is 17 to 25 years on December 31st, 2021. Also, the application form for AP EAMCET 2021 would be out soon. See the syllabus are same but IIT entrance makes a compulsive and extensive studies. So you should focus more on IIT entrance examination. You should prepare hard for IIT entrance examination which will give you a better problem solving skill which will help you to crack the AP EAMCET easily.

They are not similar. IIT entrance exam i.e., JEE MAINS & ADVANCED is tougher than AP EAMCET as well as the competition is higher in JEE MAINS & ADVANCED.
