GPAT 2021 - The National Testing Agency (NTA) is the authority to conduct the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2021 for admission to various M. Pharma or its equivalent courses across the country. The exam of GPAT 2021 will be conducted tentatively in the fourth week of January, in computer based test (CBT) mode. Aspirants fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria of GPAT can fill the application form. Authorities will release the GPAT application form 2021 tentatively in the first week of November and can be filled till the specified date. Aspirants can download the GPAT 2021 admit card tentatively from the fourth week of December. The pattern of exam for GPAT will be the same as it was conducted previously. Through the scores obtained in GPAT 2021, qualified aspirants will be granted admission in 39,670 Masters in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) seats offered by more than 782 participating institutes. The qualified candidates will be required to apply for admissions in GPAT institutes separately, as per the cutoff scores released by the respective colleges. The process after declaration of GPAT result 2021, like cutoff and counselling is dealt with by individual participating institutes only.

The criteria of eligibility for GPAT is the minimum requisite condition that a candidate has to fulfill for granting admission. Candidates can go through the below mentioned points of GPAT eligibility criteria 2021.
Nationality: It is mandatory for aspirants to be an Indian nationals.
Age: There is no age bar for applying for GPAT 2021.
Qualification: It is mandatory for aspirants to have 4 year B.Pharmacy degree after 10+2 from a recognized university
Final year students of B.Pharm are also eligible to apply, provided that their result should be declared before admission to 2021-2022 session commences.
Candidates with a degree in B.Tech (Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Technology) are not to be considered eligible.
NTA will release the application form of GPAT in the first week of November, 2020. Eligible applicants can fill the GPAT application form 2021 tentatively till the second week of December. The mode of filling out the GPAT 2021 application form will be online. The application process includes the steps like GPAT registration, filling of details, uploading documents and payment of requisite application fee, downloading the confirmation page. It must be noted that only one application form of GPAT 2021 will be allowed for a candidate as multiple applications by a single candidate were supposed to be rejected.

GPAT 2021 registration requires the aspirants to provide basic details like name, father's name, etc. An unique application number is generated during the time of GPAT registration which has to be noted.
Filling of application details
This step includes filling the online GPAT application form 2021 with important personal and other requisite details like candidate's nationality, category, exam centres, etc.
Candidates are required to upload a clear scanned photograph (size between 10-200 kb) and signature (size between 4–30 kb) in the GPAT 2021 application form. This has to be done carefully because changes to these two will not be allowed at any further stage.

Authorities will release the final and provisional GPAT answer keys 2021 on its official website after the completion of the exam. Candidates can download the GPAT 2021 answer key from the link provided above on this page, when it is available. With the answer key of GPAT, aspirants will have a better idea of their performance in the exam and the expected result. GPAT merit list 2021
NTA will prepare the GPAT 2021 merit list in order of ranks secured by candidates based on their score in the exam. The merit list of GPAT will mention the candidate's name, roll number, category, score, rank, percentile and qualifying status. The date of publishing the GPAT merit list 2021 will be specified by the authority. The GPAT 2021 ranking depicts that if two candidates score equal marks, they will be allotted the same rank and then the next rank is numbered according to the number of previous rank holders skipping the very next rank.
NTA will announce the GPAT cutoff 2021 for various categories separately. GPAT 2021 cutoff is the minimum score required for admission to Masters in Pharmacy. Every participating institutes will release their own category wise cutoff of GPAT separately. GPAT is the graduate pharmacy aptitude test. It is the entrance test for pharmacy graduates who are seeking admission in various PG courses in the same discipline.
The exam will be conducted by NTA (National testing agency). Maximum marks are 500. For every correct answer, 4 marks will be given and for every incorrect answer, a deduction of one mark would be there. So, this is the marking scheme.
