NIRF Pharmacy Colleges Ranking 2020 in Maharashtra - The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has released the National Institutional Ranking Framework, commonly known as NIRF ranking 2020 for top pharmacy colleges in India. These rankings of NIRF 2020 have been released after taking into consideration five parameters which include Teaching, Learning and Resources (TLR), Research & Professional Practice (RP), Graduation Outcomes (GO), Outreach & Inclusivity (OI) and Peer Perception. A total of 334 institutes participated in the NIRF ranking 2020 process out of which the authorities ranked 75 colleges. Amongst the top pharmacy colleges of Maharashtra, as per NIRF ranking 2020, the first place has been secured by Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai with a score of 74.50. This institute has secured an overall fourth rank amongst the top 75 pharmacy colleges in India. NIRF has also mentioned the sanctioned intakes, actual strengths, placement reports, financial resources and Physically Challenged Students (PCS) facilities. Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in a computer-based test (CBT) mode. The exam is conducted in order to grant admission to M. NIPER JEE exam will be the basis for admission to 820 seats offered in Masters in Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Masters of Science (MS Pharm), Masters of Technology (M.Tech Pharm), and Ph.D courses in NIPER institutes located in Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Hajipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Raebareli, and SAS Nagar.
NMIMS NPAT is conducted by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies for granting admission to the B.Pharm + MBA (Pharma. Tech)courses offered in its institutes. Admission into NPAT institutes offered or located in Mumbai, Shipur and Hyderabad is granted on the basis of scores of NPAT. The authorities conduct NMIMS NPAT exam in computer based test (CBT) mode.
For granting admissions to B. Pharm and D. Pharm courses, the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Pharmacy commonly known as RUHS Pharmacy is conducted. The entrance exam is conducted in computer based mode for granting admission to B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses offered across participating institutes which are affiliated to the university.
